About Me

I am grandmagreat,

wife to the man who loves me in spite of me. We have been married almost 57 lovely, sometimes very  tumultuous, and always challenging years. We have five beautiful, imperfect but perfectly wonderful children. They have brought us 16 beautiful grandchildren who in turn, so far, have blessed us with 8 perfect great grandchildren.

I am a college student, avid reader, poet, storyteller, and people lover. Interacting with my 1.9 million “tiktok” grandchildren can only be described as pure joy! My passion (along with everything else) is finding “simply”delicious recipes from old recipe books and sharing the preparation with my beautiful TikTok grandchildren.

I love God. I am busy with more energy than I deserve and I don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.  I love elephants, butterflies, sunflowers, angels, and most of all, people everywhere.  I believe laughing is the best therapy ever. “I can do hard things” and I believe in helping others to have that belief, as well.  Giving  time, effort and love to as many people as you can every single day creates inner peace and happiness.
